Technical Manager

A well-established Service Provider with decades of experience, is seeking a proficient Technical Leader. This role entails leading the current Technical Team and holding a significant position within the Senior Leadership Team.

Are you an experienced leader in the realm of technical engineering? My client is seeking someone like you to take the reins of the team, ensuring operations align with standards and keep the customers happy and content. Your role would involve resource allocation for company endeavours while steering them toward the future with your technical expertise.

You'll be at the forefront of driving solutions in line with the organisations Technical Standards. Elevating their prowess in their Solutions and aiding in the maintenance of their Private Cloud Infrastructure will also fall within your purview. Your knack for crafting lucid documentation will be indispensable for both the internal workings and client interactions. Moreover, your insights will shape the trajectory of the Client Technology Roadmaps.

Overseeing RMM for client satisfaction will be one of your vital tasks. Streamlining the management of IT systems remotely and promptly addressing issues before they're noticed will be key. You'll be central to administering patches and software for seamless operations.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for the Network Operations Centre, ensuring network performance and future-readiness. Prioritizing incidents based on client needs and guiding your technical team's growth will be paramount.

To excel in this role, a tertiary qualification coupled with management experience is essential. A track record of effective technical team leadership is a must. Expertise spanning operating systems, hardware, and software is highly valued. Strong IT literacy, adaptability to new tools, and an eye for identifying opportunities to boost revenue and ROI are all qualities we're seeking.
