Role Overview: 

Due to on going growth we are looking to add an additional Technical Sales person to our team. Responsibility include handling pre and post sales technical enquiries and resolution of product or service requirements. This is inclusive of but not limited to, sales support, scoping and quoting, product recommendations and design. As part an integral part of the customer services team this role involves assisting customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding product and services, as well as troubleshooting any technical problems they may have.

Your typical day will Include:

• Provide technical support for both internal and external customers
• Assist with engineering support across associated product requirements
• Support Engineered Solutions Centre with technical and product advice
• Provide engineering solutions and design where applicable
• Provide support on thermal transfer printing machines
• Provide support with cable marking solutions and labels
• Coordinate quote and supply of custom product with internal production teams
• Lead generation through identification of opportunities from customer engagement

Your Background and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential
• A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn is a must
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate level of computer literacy
• Ability to work in a team environment
