Technical Support Analyst - Hiring Urgently

Fusion5 are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team located in Wellington.

Experience required

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good computer troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of different Windows and/or Apple Mac operating systems
• Great customer service and rapport building skills
• Comfortable selling IT solutions to clients as required
• Ability to thrive on complex and technical challenges
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to develop and maintain software, websites/web applications.
• Use best practices for creating cloud solutions with infrastructure as code and security in place.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualification

• ITIL ® 4 Foundation - IT Service Management Certification
• Diploma in IT networking
• AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.
