Technicians - Fire - Join a Leading Company

PBS FIRE DATA are currently looking to employ fulltime technicians to fill multiple vacancies for the companies Auckland and Hamilton operations. 

Candidates who have experience and skills to undertake installation, servicing and callouts in any of the following trades, fire alarms and  sprinkler systems.

Pacific Building Services Ltd. specializes in design, engineering, installation and 24/7 maintenance of Fire Systems, Security & CCTV and Structured Cabling in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. The company is based in Manukau and also has an office in Hamilton.

The company is INZ approved accredited employer.

Fire Alarm Technicians - minimum 2 years trade experience

Sprinkler Technicians - commercial sprinkler fitters and testers

To be able to work un-supervised or in a team environment on new construction and existing building projects, good knowledge and understanding of the architectural and services drawings.

Requirements/Details

• Installation, maintenance, fault finding etc.
• Able to use and knowledge of power tools
• Use of ladders, working off scissor platforms at height exceeding 10m.
• Assist in material preparation for projects
• Must have a clean driver's license
• Must have good communication skills
• Confident and outgoing personality 
• Person with work visa may also be considered
• Person with transferable technical skills from other trades will also be considered.
