We’re on the lookout for a Technology Service Technician to join our Christchurch team. This hands-on role is vital to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients — from installation and commissioning to diagnostics and ongoing maintenance of specialised equipment. Occasional travel outside Christchurch may be required.

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and POS/BOS systems


• Monitor and maintain systems and network performance across client sites


• Complete all job documentation accurately and on time using both electronic and manual systems


• Ensure work is completed safely with a strong focus on Health & Safety


• Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering expert service and solutions

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar service technician or field service role


• Strong technical skills in Win10/7/XP/DOS, with command line experience preferred


• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting


• Experience with low voltage/data cabling, UPS circuits, and soldering


• Familiarity with pump communications, forecourt controllers, or weighing equipment is a plus


• Diagnostic mindset with strong practical problem-solving ability


• Confident communicator with a natural sense of ownership and accountability


• Full NZ driver’s licence and flexibility to be part of an on-call roster
