About the role – 

• We sell furniture and electronics and help customers with hire purchases, finance options, layby, and cash deals.
• Our customers are contacted through calls, Facebook, and our website.
• We pay wages weekly, and you will have the opportunity to earn monthly commissions as well.
• You will love working in a team environment and be confident communicating with a diverse range of customers and prospects through calls, Facebook, and website. You want to be the best and will strive every day to achieve personally and professionally.
• We are looking for a dynamic person who is eager and willing to jump on the phones, give it a go and get results!
• A person who genuinely enjoys talking to our clients, is happy to guide a conversation and understands the true meaning of the word “listening.”
• Complete training would be provided about the products and lending/finance procedure.

To be successful for the role, you will need the following:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent phone manners and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills for admin tasks.
1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing.
Proven phone-based sales experience.
Most importantly, you will know (and believe) that the customer is our reason for being!
Reasonable typing speed but a fast learner with a desire to learn and contribute
