Temp - Animal Control Administrator - Napier City Council

Are you a highly organised, process driven administrator looking to pick up a short-term office admin role? Then this will be a great opportunity for you to consider.

Napier City Council is a substantive Hawke’s Bay entity, employing a workforce of over 500 employees across the region.  Their goal is to provide the facilities, services and a safe and enjoyable environment to the people in its community. We are looking for a temp to support with the administration function associated with the dog registration process for approximately 4 – 6 weeks. Based in Onekawa in the City Services directorate of NCC.  

To be considered here, you must be able to pick up and learn new systems quickly. You will be highly organised, proactive and have great communication skills. You will need to have a strong background in administration/data entry and have a good eye for detail. This is a busy role, so you must be comfortable multi-tasking and working across a number of systems at a given time. Most importantly you will be a team player and enjoy working in a tight knit team.
