Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

We are currently seeking expression of interest from candidates that are looking for opportunities.  Length of fixed term assignments can range from 6 weeks up to 3-6 months to cover staff vacancies.

• Assignments can be for full time or part time working hours (Monday to Friday).

You will be required to support our Service Divisions and/or Faculties with administration support with the following tasks:

• Assisting a team through a range of administrative functions
• Updating internal databases student/academic eg SSO, Canvas
• Processing admissions and enrolments
• Preparing  and formatting documents/reports
• Responding to queries from Staff and Students
• Organising meetings, functions and events
• Co-ordinating agendas and taking minutes
• Diary management & travel bookings
• General finance administration
• Written correspondence
• Updating marketing materials and maintaining online web content

We are looking for candidates who hold recent and relevant experience within the tertiary sector or have previously worked in large organizations.

You are required to have a minimum of intermediate skill level within the MS Office Suite and must be available to start immediately, we may be able to work with a 1 week notice period.

Salaries can range between $48,615 full time per annum to $84,700 depending on the position.
