Job Description: As a Territory Manager, you will drive business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through unmatched industry service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our equipment rental branch.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert and advocate for our brand
- Develop and implement strategies to attain new clients and grow the revenue.
- Build long-lasting relationships with our customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of the branch, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
- Maintain and update equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other branches during peak periods.
Requirements:
- At least three years of proven outside sales experience.
- Experience in equipment rental management preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to analyze operational KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to equipment and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
