Territory Manager - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities

• Abide by EH&S regulations
• Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly targets
• Monitor the performance of Distributors and Direct accounts, and find missed opportunities.
• Ensure the territory is effectively serviced by Distributors whilst working closely with them to achieve sales targets and new Business wins.
• Ensure the company is regarded as an expert and market leader in the Refinish field
• Undertake training activities for distributors and staff
• Sales reporting
• Manage all relevant expense areas
  
  

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in the Refinish industry is an advantage
• Practical knowledge and use of refinishing products are desirable
• Time management, and organizational skills
• Previous experience with competitor products would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated sales experience.
• Strong customer focus.
• Strong communication is a must
