We are looking to hire an expert Territory Sales Manager to join our high calibre team at Prolife Foods Ltd in Auckland CBD, Auckland.

We are recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager for the West & Central Auckland Region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, our Territory Sales Manager roles are unique to our business. Prolife Foods own and manage the Self Selection departments within Foodstuffs stores. This can be under the branding of The Carefillery or The Refill Station. You may not have necessarily been within the FMCG industry, but you will have those transferrable skills such as relationship building, high level of time management alongside the ability to lead a team of 20 Merchandisers, this could be your next career step. 

What are we looking for:

  • People Connectivity, whether that be customer facing or internal teams 
  • The ability to coach, guide and manage a team of merchandisers
  • Able to identify process improvement and facilitate change across your teams
  • Sound business acumen that will lend well to weekly and monthly reporting of sales and success of instore activities 
  • Motivation to achieve success not only for yourself, but your team and the wider business.

  • Be prepared to get to get alongside your teams and help out as needed
  • A passion for our people and seeing them succeed
  • Able to identify new business solutions
  • Excellent time management to manage a large call cycle
