Territory Sales Manager 

  • High Earning Potential: Base Salary + Lucrative Commission + Vehicle

Operating from three locations and employing 20+ professional staff across the country the business supplies diamond tools and machinery for general contractors as well as specialist products for customers in Concrete Sawing & Drilling, Concrete Floor Preparation & Polishing. Over the years Holer Diamond Tools have developed a reputation for quality and exceptional product knowledge including innovative custom designed solutions.

 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across New Zealand. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

Servicing an existing portfolio, this exciting opportunity covers a Lower South Island territory from Christchurch to Invercargill. It is expected that every 4-6 weeks there will be overnight travel. 

  • Managing an existing territory of customers
  • Business development
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Providing product advice and answering any customer queries
  • Keeping up to date with the wider market

 

About You: 
With at least 2 years experience in sales you will be confident, enjoy dealing with people, and will pay attention to the customer. We anticipate the ideal person will have:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably from within the building industry
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and establish credibility
  • An interest in the product range with the skills to provide technical advice
  • Comfortable visiting clients on construction sites and at contractors yards
  • Demonstrating machinery with some heavy lifting  (Need to be fit and healthy)
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills 
  • Have general computer skills and be able to to interpret sales charts and sales dashboards
