Testing & Commissioning Reporting Engineer/Analyst

The Role:

The LKA T&C Reporting Engineer/ Analyst
is responsible to proactively coordinate accurate reporting and analysis of CRL Project testing, commissioning and systems integration, in line with business objectives.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Liaise with LKA Project Controls team in coordinating and providing accurate, up-to-date and visually attractive data relevant to testing, commissioning and systems integration scope (FAT, SIT, SAT, ASIT, Dynamic Testing, Trial Operations, Emergency Tests Scenarios, and Shakedown tests) allowing Project Direction to properly assess issues, status and opportunities for decision-making.
• Develop, upgrade and maintain CRL Project testing and commissioning progress trackers and dashboards by using Power BI, Primavera P6, Aconex and Excel tools.
• § Prepare and update TCSI Snag databases and reports on JIRA software.
• § Support TCSI Management in their TCSI meetings by actualizing and chasing action items
• § Support TCSI Management by organizing TCSI meetings
• § Build strong internal work-relations and maintain a proactive, hands-on, approach.
• Prepare, coordinate and maintain regular project status report solutions, to communicate project status and performance to Project Direction and Stakeholders.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience working on major infrastructure projects
• Hands-on experience in commissioning a rail project, working with Engineers in technical and dynamic project environments.
• Critical thinker to support efficient decision making, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, politically sensitive, analytical with the ability to work well independently and in a team
• Proficient knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI, and ideally JIRA.

Conditions of Work:

Location: Auckland central

Conditions of employment: Full-time, fixed term contract

Duration of contract: Until December 2025

Salary Band: $95,000 - $ 100,000 per annum and according to experience

Hours of work: Please note that this role is minimum of 40 hours and all successful applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test & medical.
