The Lindis Group Marketing Manager *Maternity Cover* 14 Month Contract - Positive Work Culture

The Lindis Group is looking for a  Marketing Manager on 14 month fixed term maternity cover, starting 1 July. 

*This role can be based remotely, with the ability to travel*

We are are small privately owned luxury hospitality company with a luxury lodge, a villa estate, a standalone villa property, 2 boutique wineries and a restaurant.

This role will manage all marketing related tasks  within the group brands - The Lindis, Paroa Bay & Sage Restaurant, Mt Isthmus and Clos Ostler.

Reporting to our Managing Director, you will be responsible to plan, manage and implement key marketing activity across the period including management of all social media channels to drive business growth across the group. The right candidate will need to have a good understanding of luxury hospitality and the tourism market and ideally a passion for wine. You will need great communication and organisation skills as you will be working with different teams across our brands, each treated individually. This role can be completed from home with flexible working hours, with a willingness to travel when required.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manage and implement day-to-day marketing activities across our brands.
• Working with our reservations team to build seasonal accommodation & activity packages.
• Plan & Manage all social media channels including content creation and shoot management.
• Regular website reviews & updates.
• Work alongside our agency to plan and manage our PR plan.
• eDM scheduling.
• Management of our key partner relationships and activities.
• Branding, organising bottling and packaging runs for our wine brand.
• Creating and executing internal marketing related reporting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar role
• Self-motivated
• Passion for New Zealand’s luxury hospitality and wine industry
• Flexibility
