TICKETING MANAGEMENT
- Provide leadership, support and development to uphold best practise procedures for Ticketing services for all events at Rotorua Lakes Council.
- Manage, roster and train Box office staff to deliver high quality customer service.
- Facilitate all aspects of the exclusive Ticketing services contract to ensure RLC are delivering high quality service and achieving financial targets.
- Proactively facilitate a close relationship between Ticketing and Marketing departments to ensure we are leveraging promotional tools and insights across all council ticketed events.
- Manage Ticketing coordinator to ensure all event builds are delivered on time and with accuracy.
- Provide training and support to external clients around Ticketing best practise.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage contracting process for incoming events in conjunction with Performing Arts Director, ensuring contract records are delivered with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the Ticketing & Event coordinator and ensure training and support is provided and that workload and interdepartmental workflow procedures are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Build and develop relationships across the sector to ensure we are keeping abreast of best practise including industry event management and health and safety.
- Learn, develop and support efficient management of Event operating systems.
- Cultivate positive, sustainable and effective internal and external relationships and effectively manage client relationships to a high degree of satisfaction.
- Strong budget management and accurate pre and post event financial reporting.
- Manage new business enquiries with efficiency.
