What we need from you: - Trade Certified Plumber
- Knowledge of NZ plumbing, drain laying, gas codes, & company & industry standards.
- Ability to conduct plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques according to said codes and within job scope.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations, select material and hardware and make time and material estimates.
- Problem solving: to determine sources of plumbing and gas malfunctions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to work well with others, resolve conflict, and communicate professionally & proactively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in safe use of hand and power tools; pipe bender; propane torch; welding equipment; sewer rooter; heavy equipment, including forklift, trencher, and backhoe.
