We are seeking a Trade Counter Sales person to join the team at our Pukekohe Branch. 

The position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.

As a Trade Counter Sales person you will be the face of our Pukekohe Branch, delivering top-tier service and advice to our loyal customers. 

Duties include:

• Serving customers over our trade counter, ensuring they have everything they need to complete their projects.  
• Answering phone and email queries from customers.
• Providing technical and product knowledge support to customers.
• Building strong, lasting relationships with our electrical customer base.
• Picking and processing customer orders for dispatch.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm)
• Saturday’s (on a rotational roster 8.00am-12.00pm)

What do I need?

• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills. 
• Ability to multitask and manage tasks effectively.
• A can-do, positive attitude and a smart approach to problem-solving.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems.
• Electrical wholesale or related industry experience would be an added bonus!
