About your new role We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding Customer Service experience to join our friendly branch based in Rotorua.
Responsibilities will include handling telephone and counter sales queries, servicing key accounts, assisting with quote preparations, picking and packing orders for customers, and processing branch orders.
About you The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Energy, drive, and a hunger for success.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to form solid relationships with our trade customer base.
- Excellent computer skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team to grow our business.
- Some heavy lifting is required.
