Trade Marketing Manager

Bendon Group is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join their Auckland Based Office.You will work intuitively with the GM of Marketing & Digital, to develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive in-store sales and convert foot traffic in malls. As a part of the Marketing and Digital team, you will be supported by a highly collaborative and top performing team to engage an omni-channel approach across Australasia. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling in-store promotions and point-of-sale materialLeverage digital marketing tools and tactics, including social media, email, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and develop effective countermeasures. Manage relationships with key retailers, mall management, and other strategic partners to optimize in-store presence and maximize promotional opportunitiesContinuously monitor and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
