About the role

We are looking for a Trade Sales Support person to become a vital part of our team at our National Parts Department. As a Trade Sales Support, you will process and manage incoming Trade & Retail parts orders, handle customer returns, and assist with all trade and retail inquiries through phone and email. Your role will be key in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

Duties of the role includes: 

• Accurately complete documentation, including invoices and payments
• Provide high level of service to all customers
• Respond to email and phone inquiries regarding parts interpretation, pricing, availability, and order placement
• Handle over-the-counter and in-store trade and retail parts inquiries
• Manage and communicate part and order delays to trade customers
• Arrange collection for return parts through the claims system

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Desire to learn and grow
• Automotive and parts industry knowledge would be an advantage
