A very customer and team centric, hands-on business where high calibre, knowledgeable, industry people exceed our customers’ expectations everyday by delivering a wide range of products to our trade and specialist customers in the most efficient way via our highly knowledgeable team
About the role:
Our Trade Specialists are local experts, providing a truly local focus, for the local market with a level of expertise across passenger, commercial and industrial parts supply that cannot be surpassed.
Duties include:
Provide technical support to our trade customers through using their expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
Build effective customer relationships
Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
Are committed to providing a genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Who we’re looking for:
Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested
Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home.
