The Role
Based in the Trade & Retail Store, in Central Christchurch and reporting directly to the National Sales Manager. This position is the first point of contact for all Trade customers and will also at times services the consumer and design markets. The main emphasis of the role is to lead the daily operations and drive sales forward for the Trade store. A team of 4, supporting an external Trade rep, as a hands-on proactive leader you will be dealing with customers via the phone and email, processing orders and dealing with general enquiries.
You may at times visit customers on site, and you will undertake and implement Trade based promotional activity and sales.
