The role: This role will see you providing support to our Account Managers as well as directly managing a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure that our trade customers experience the best service from start to finish.
Daily you will be responsible for -
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in Wairau Park.
About you:
We are looking for someone with sales support or customer service background. You will need strong communication skills and a high standard of customer service. Be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency. You will need to be computer literate and know your way around a computer. Full training will be given on our in-house computer systems, so you will need to be a keen learner.
We will ideally be looking for someone who has some understanding and experience relating to the building/Trade sector, however it will be your Sales and customer service skills which we will be most attracted to.
Please note: A full pre-employment medical, including drug test and criminal background will also be required as well as the legal right to work in NZ indefinitely.
