Job Description - Tradestaff Workwear Key Account & Supply Coordinator



Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer relationships and supply chain coordination? Tradestaff Workwear is looking for a Key Account & Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our key client accounts and supplier partnerships.

About the Role
As our Key Account & Supply Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. You’ll also lead exciting internal projects, including our renowned Antarctica Project, and contribute to strategic planning across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Management & Relations
Be the primary contact for key clients, resolving issues and delivering responsive, professional service.
Conduct client visits and reviews to identify process improvements.
Onboard new clients and maintain accurate records.
Drive client retention through proactive follow ups and renewal management.

Supplier & Inventory Coordination
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet delivery and availability targets.
Use market intelligence and forecasting to support internal KPIs.
Assist with invoicing and account reconciliations in collaboration with Finance.

Internal Projects – Antarctica & Global Operations
Lead the Antarctica Project, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
Manage logistics and stock for global operations.
Oversee PPE distribution and support candidate sizing for deployment.

General Operations
Collaborate on annual business planning with the National Sales & Operations Manager.
Provide seasonal support to the wider Workwear team.

What You’ll Bring
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience in supply chain coordination or account management.
A proactive mindset with a knack for problem solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
