As one of the team you will join the company in an exciting time of significant growth within a strong region and market share. Reporting to the senior Account Managers located in Christchurch you will be a key member of the team. At times working semi-autonomously you will be process orientated with great communication skills.

Key accountabilities include:

• Account management delivering high levels of customer service
• Performance to prescribed processes and quality standards
• High levels of attention to detail when interpreting plans
• Customer relationship management 

Experience in the building sector with a solid understanding of construction processes along with building products knowledge is desirable, you may be looking to get off the tools. While first-hand experience with doors is not essential it would be beneficial. Ambition a great attitude and a growth mindset and a willingness to learn are important attributes to be an effective Trainee Account Manager one of you key strengths will be attention to detail.
