Trainee Finance & Insurance Consultant - Energetic Workplace

We are looking for a customer focused, goal orientated, Trainee Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our busy team.

This important role will see you learning to sell finance and insurance products in a professional and efficient manner.  You will ensure compliance needs are met, follow processes, and keep systems up to date. You will manager various finance enquiries, whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience. 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years call centre experience.
• A great communicator, with strong computer and phone skills.
• Trustworthy, sincere, and dedicated to our company direction and values.
• Good time and workload management to be able to meet customer needs in a face paced environment.
• Ambition, self-motivation and the drive to achieve targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with clients.
• Professional presentation, a passion for vehicles, and a driven attitude to ‘be the BEST’.
