Our Hamilton branch is looking for a trainee workshop technician to join their busy team to learn about the servicing, installation and maintenance of a range of equipment throughout the wider Hamilton region.

About the role:

This is an entry level role so if you have great technical ability with good fault-finding skills plus a good understanding of computer/printer networking then this could be the career you are looking for. 

While industry experience would be fantastic, we are keen to talk to people who are technically minded and have a desire to change the course of their career.   You will work your way up to becoming a field service technician, out and about, meeting our customers and providing solutions for their hardware/printer needs.

Full on the job training will be provided.

In this role you will:

• Set up new equipment
• Refurbish and repair equipment
• Maintain workshop stock
• Assist field technicians

What you will bring to this role:

You will…

• Be great with people, confident and friendly
• Be technically minded
• Have a basic understanding of computers and networks
• Have a clean driver’s licence and be able to work in NZ
• Be reliable, with a fantastic work ethic
