Location: Tauranga | Full-time (Monday – Friday)

Support rangatahi transitioning from Oranga Tamariki to independence and adult hood. Build strong relationships, provide practical life skills, and connect youth to whānau, services, and opportunities. Empower independence and wellbeing through a youth-led, culturally grounded approach.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide rangatahi through care transitions up to age 25


• Offer emotional and practical support


• Help access services, entitlements, and community networks


• Collaborate with whānau, Oranga Tamariki, and professionals
