- Engage directly with our client base of agents and direct clients through email, phone, and video channels, demonstrating a commitment to managing inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Design, craft, plan, and oversee tailor-made itineraries for discerning and experienced clients, ensuring a personalised and exceptional experience
- Provide comprehensive advice, support, and service throughout both the planning and travel stages of clients' itineraries, maintaining a high standard of customer care
- Record and regularly update all client contacts, inquiries, and bookings in our reservations and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Actively seek to maximize sales opportunities while consistently upholding excellence in client and supplier relationships
- Take full responsibility for the entire process, from initial enquiry through booking invoicing, payment, and follow-up, demonstrating ownership and attention to detail
- Collaborate proactively with suppliers in a mutually supportive manner to strengthen business relationships
- Support team members by sharing destination and supplier knowledge and assist in managing workloads when necessary
- Participate in sharing team duties and provide support during colleagues' absences from the office, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment
- Actively pursue the development of destination knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to enhance professional expertise
- Serve as a proactive ambassador for the business, embodying its values and contributing to its positive image in the industry
