Triboard Team Leader (Triboard candidates Only)

An opportunity has now become available for an experienced individual progress to the position of Boardline Team Leader at our Triboard Mill. Shift work will be required in this position.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Health & Safety – Understand and portray a positive example


• Assist and motivate operators in the implementation of new policies


• Ensure production targets are met


• Ensure accurate records are kept


• Liaise with Area Supervisor to ensure plant availability


• Ensure all staff is trained adequately for their position

The ideal candidate will have:

• A willingness to learn and grow into the position


• A working knowledge of excel


• A good attitude


• A mechanical aptitude would be a benefit


• A willingness to encourage, teach and support their staff
