Trip Logistics Coordinator (Christchurch)

Peak Season (October–April): Full-time, 40 hours per week
Off-Season (May–September): Part-time, 24 hours per week

We’re Active Adventures, we create unforgettable multi-day adventures across New Zealand. While our guides are out delivering incredible experiences, our Operations Team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for someone to support our guides and coordinate the logistics that make every trip a success.

What you'll be doing:

• Working alongside our Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, you'll help prepare trips, support our guide team, coordinate logistics, and keep our operations running smoothly.


• No two days are the same. One day you might be preparing trip paperwork, organising vehicles and equipment, or coordinating guide travel. The next, you'll be solving operational challenges, ordering supplies, reviewing guest feedback, or making sure our fleet is ready for the next adventure.


• We'll teach you the systems - the most important thing you bring is the right attitude.
  

What we're looking for:

• A love of tourism and creating amazing guest experiences.


• Experience in guiding, adventure tourism, hospitality or another customer-facing role.


• A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in.


• Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys variety.


• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing operational needs.


• A Class 2 Licence and Passenger Endorsement are preferred, or a willingness to obtain them.
