Are you looking for a driving role with great hours and the benefit of being home every night? Or you want to keep your Class 5 skills sharp without the long-haul lifestyle? We’ve got an opportunity for a Class 5 Driver to join our Blenheim branch!

Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm. Minimum 40 hours per week and ability to take up regular overtime.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

You’ll be out on the road completing local metro runs around Blenheim, servicing our customers and keeping things moving. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team, with the flexibility to lend a hand on Class 4 deliveries when needed.

What you'll do:

• Load and unload freight safely by hand, or with forklift when required. 

• Ensure freight is handled without damage. 

• Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it. 

• Deliver and pickup on time and in full. 

• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures 

• Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner. 

• Take pride in your vehicle by always keeping it clean and tidy - inside and out. 

What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga?

• Clean Full NZ Class 5 License
• Forklift License with OSH cert (preferable but not essential)
• Dangerous Good Endorsement (preferable but not essential)
• Customer-focused attitude
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Experience driving on New Zealand roads
