The Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Sandfield, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional digital experiences through our internal products and bespoke solutions for our diverse range of customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the user experience and visual design of cutting-edge software solutions that drive business success and user satisfaction. 

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and can adapt to different budgets and requirements across a variety of projects, big and small. You will be collaborating with our team of over 170 developers to support them in delivering exceptional user experiences that give our customers the edge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design user interfaces and craft user experiences for digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and deliver a seamless user journey.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, and apply this data to refine and improve design solutions.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to guide development teams and stakeholders through the design process.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
• UI Design Across Platforms: Ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing experience across mobile and web platforms.
• Figma Mastery: As a Figma maestro, you'll be at the forefront of design collaboration, using the tool to its fullest potential for efficient prototyping and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to all design projects.
