The role:
This is a 6 month, fixed-term role with potential of extension depending on requirements.
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in updating legacy UI and designing cutting-edge features. This is an excellent chance to contribute to a project that is essential for the company's growth and success. Your work will directly impact the experience of their users, making this a rewarding opportunity to apply your skills in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will also:
- Work closely with the Lead Product Manager to modernize and migrate legacy UI
- Design new features that enhance user experience
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product people and developers
- Conduct user research and testing, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Utilize design and prototyping tools like Figma
About you: - You are a personable and outgoing problem solver with 2-3 years of UX/UI or product design experience in a commercial environment.
- You have a solid understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
- You are proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, proficiency in UX wireframing & UI prototyping, and have experience with user research and testing methods.
- Your strong communication and collaborative skills enable you to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and you are open to feedback and iterative processes.
