Supercharge Batteries, Australasia's leading battery company, is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative based in Nelson, where you will be travelling to Bleheim, Westport, Motueka and down to Murchison, with no overnight travel involved .

About the role:

As our Van Sales Rep, you will report to our Southern Regional Manager and play a crucial role in delivering our products to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service to our existing and potential customers through relationship management.

Key Duties involved:

• Accurately manage and record stock levels
• Develop and follow a customer-scheduled call plan and engage in face-to-face interactions with clients
• Be proactive identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow customer accounts through upselling
• Generate leads for BDM

About you:

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following:

• Understand customer service and build effective long-term relationships
• Ability to identify and target new opportunities
• Self-motivated with good organisational and time management skills
• A self starter with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• The ability to plan and stick to a structured call cycle.
• Reliable and honest
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Full NZ drivers licence essential
• Class 2 licence and DG endorsement an advantage
