The Miles Group has 17 locations throughout New Zealand, representing 11 vehicle brands in Christchurch alone.About the roleYou'll be directly involved with the selling of Audi vehicles to new and existing customers, as well as helping to maintain an exceptional customer relationship throughout the ownership of our customers' vehicles. You'll have the direct support of our in-house finance specialists and will receive:Support and guidance to maximise your ability to achieve your personal potentialUse of company vehicles along with a fuel card, plus a phone planA competitive retainer and commission-based payment structure to reward successYou'll be working alongside our management, sales, finance, admin, and marketing teams to help deliver a level of service to our customers that is second-to-none.A passion for customer service and excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenThe drive and motivation to achieve your personal and business goalsSuperb sales skills and a drive to build long-term customer relationshipsThe ability to use lead management tools and a recognition of the importance of this for a successful businessPrevious industry and/or sales experience would be an advantage but not essential as training and support will be provided.
