• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the key features and benefits of the vehicles.
• Accurately assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and financing options.
• Negotiate pricing and financing terms with customers to ensure a win-win outcome.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up with customers in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• A valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed.
