Bay Venues …. Haven’t heard of us? Not to worry; I bet you have heard of some of the venues we own or operate – the iconic Mount Hot Pools, Baywave, or Mercury Baypark to name a few. As the kaitiaki of 24 facilities in Tauranga Moana, we proudly offer a range of activities and experiences intended to put a smile on the dial of our community.

Are you ready to take the helm at one of Tauranga's premier Sport facilities? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to lead the operations at the Adams Centre for High Performance. 

As our Venue Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of this impressive facility. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Building strong relationships with customers and tenants 


• Overseeing venue maintenance, bookings, and financial reporting 


• Ensuring health and safety compliance 


• Leading a dedicated team

We need someone with proven venue management experience who can be the face of our venue. Your excellent relationship-building skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and willingness to get hands-on when needed will set you apart. Experience in marketing or growing a client base, as well as knowledge of the sport & recreation or high-performance environments, will be highly regarded.
