Job Title: Venue Manager - Chow Social

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of Chow Rooftop. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, capable of ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the venue, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and event management.

· Lead, coach, and manage staff, ensuring high performance, motivation, and adherence to company standards.

· Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.

· Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and Activations

· Plan, organize, and oversee events, functions, or special activities.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

· Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase venue bookings and customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in venue, hospitality, or operations management.

· Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

· Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing requirements.

· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
