  • Permanent – Full Time

  • Multiple Positions Available

  • You will need to have a good level of computer skills and experience and will be required to complete online psychometric testing as part of the recruitment process

The Police Vetting Service is a key contributor to the wellbeing of New Zealanders. Our main purpose is to contribute to public safety (particularly the protection of vulnerable members of society) and national security, by providing Police vets for employers and others to assess the suitability of individuals for roles where safety and security considerations apply.



We are seeking multiple Vetting Analysts to join our team and play their part in keeping New Zealander's safe.




Key Accountabilities:


 



  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and an ability to analyse information and draw appropriate conclusions in a timely manner

  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to support consistent and accurate information sharing

  • Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and emotional steadiness when working with sensitive or confronting information

  • Adapt to changing priorities, workloads, and demands while maintaining accuracy and pace

  • Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships across the team and with wider stakeholders

  • Apply a high level of computer literacy and competency in digital systems

Utu ā-tau | Salary


This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence on $70,030.
