We are looking for an experienced leader to be our new Village Manager at our established and well regarded independent living community in Tauranga.

Bethlehem Country Club offers architecturally designed two and three-bedroom villas, apartments and a resort style clubhouse set in nine hectares of park-like grounds. Our residents enjoy many opportunities to connect with each other and build a meaningful community.

Supported by a great team, you will oversee the ongoing overall performance and success of Bethlehem Country Club including resident wellness and satisfaction, sales, team development, amenities and facilities management, business planning and execution.

Your commercial acumen and strong leadership skills will continue to nourish a thriving community, and, at a minimum, you will demonstrate:

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role (senior living, healthcare or hospitality experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to foster a professional working relationship with residents and ensure Arvida’s reputation is enhanced in the local community.
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing people - and fostering a values-led culture.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to deliver operational goals. 
• Knowledge and experience with commercial agreements, and sales and property management principles.
• Understanding and application of relevant legislation.
• Good knowledge of health and safety management and safe working practices.
