The Role

Excitement is growing at Indevin as we gear up for the most exhilarating time of the year: Vintage!
Every year, we hire around 300 seasonal team members to join our wineries - they help us to receive the grapes, transform them into wine, and dispatch it to wine lovers around NZ and the world. You'll join our Talent team to play a key role in helping us to recruit our Vintage teams -
•    Help manage emails by replying to day-to-day queries
•    Ensure our applicants have a great recruitment experience
•    Assist with collecting documents such as visas and reference checks
•    Send employment agreements
•    Update our recruitment tracking spreadsheets
•    Review candidate applications and help to create shortlists
This will be a full-time, fixed-term role, starting in August and running until December. It can be based in either Auckland or Blenheim.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

•   Administration experience
•   Accuracy and attention to detail
•   Professional, clear communication
•   A positive, team-focused approach and willingness to support wherever needed
•   Genuine care for candidate experience and creating great Vintage teams
•   The ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving under time pressure
•   Confidence using systems, sending emails, and working with Excel
•   Recruitment experience is ideal
•   Full working rights in NZ
