Virtual Practice Nurse - Carehq

Combined remote and in practice nursing role, based in Auckland Permanent, part-time position, 24 hours a week, weekdaysand rotating weekend-day A bit about us: CareHQ, designed in partnership with Southern Cross Health Insurance and ProCare Network Ltd, is making quality care more accessible, affordable, flexible and convenient for our patients through the delivery of digital and tele-based health services.This is an exciting opportunity to help support our passionate and tight-knit Nursing team. 
This is a hybrid role once you are orientated to the business. The role will include some patient facing virtual consults within a Nurses scope, overseen by robust Clinical Governance; the covering of clinical and non-clinical duties; a few key tasks and the co-ordination of patient centred care and results management.
You'll help our Practice Manager support and train GPs on our in-house system and work alongside the team to grow the practice and continue to maintain relationships with Procare and corporate clients. Being proactive and overcoming challenges at pace will be key. 
Some of theskills you will need: Experience managing clinical inboxes, including interpreting and escalating results, reports and clinical correspondence Ability to gather and interpret information necessary for decision making, can make sense of data and explain to others Ability to identify trends and analyze complex information A readiness to step out of your comfort zone and explore Nursing an innovative way Although a virtual platform, the CareHQ team are a tight-knit unit that pride themselves on the high-performance culture they've created. You will be working alongside the Chief Medical Officer, Associate Clinical Director and Nurse Lead, to help grow Nurse Clinics. In addition to this you will have the full support of the wider ProCare team.
