Warehouse 2IC / Senior Store Person

• Full time, permanent position 

• Pay rate is $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

In this role you will: 

• Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager in achieving DIFOT targets 

• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through cycle counting and inventory control 

• Process finished goods from manufacturing through to customer dispatch 

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time 

• Coordinate warehouse workloads and daily operational priorities 

• Unload and load inbound and outbound trucks and containers 

• Train, coach and support the wider warehouse team 

• Maintain safety, quality, MPI and compliance standards throughout warehouse operations 

We are after an individual who: 

• Has previous experience in warehouse logistics and management. including inventory control and stock accuracy 

• Holds a current Class 1 Drivers Licence and can drive a manual vehicle 

• Holds an OSH Forklift certificate with F endorsement 

• Has experience with MYOB EXO or a similar ERP/MRP system 

• Has experience with Transport portals for booking orders to be despatched 

• Has container loading and unloading experience, and understands load restraint practices 

• Is comfortable obtaining or maintaining MPI accreditation requirements 

• Has good maths and English skills, and is confident with Excel and Word 

• Is a team player with strong customer service skills and an excellent work ethic 

• Manufacturing environment or wire and underlay industry experience is a plus 

Must Have:

• NZ work rights
• Current Class 1 Drivers Licence (for manual vehicle)
• OSH Forklift certificate with F endorsment
