Warehouse

We are one of New Zealand's largest warehouse distributor of consumer goods to Retail stores. 

We are now looking for a new Warehouse lead to come in and lead by example and show case their experience and passion for the team to follow. 

Our Warehouse is highly automated you must have at least 3 years experience of working in a large warehouse.

You will be:

• Experience with RF guns - minimum 3 years warehousing experience essential.
• Have a current Hoist and Reach License. 
• Experience in assisting to lead Warehouse teams would be advantageous but not a pre requisite.
• NZ resident or right to work and remain in NZ permanently. 
• Work with a smile and have a commercial acumen that allows you to be a key and highly valued member of the team.
• Flexible to work different start times as required. Usual start time for this role is 2pm. Normal hours of operation is 7am to 11pm, start times can vary during these hours of operation.

Your responsibilities: 

• Organised and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders
• Unloading and receipting of containers
• Working productively and proactively with other team members
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Leading a team as required by the shift manager

Requirements of the role:

• Able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Energetic, pride in the job and completing an honest days work.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Sense of humour.
• Accuracy in your work.

• Be available for additional hours including weekend work.
