The Opportunity:
Our Warehouse Team is growing, and we are on the lookout for someone with experience in Warehouse Administration.

Role Purpose
- Manage Customer Escalations
- Branch communication between the Warehouse, Dispatch Team, Customer Services & Service Department
- General admin duties, checking payroll, filing reports (toolbox meetings, H&S meetings)
About the Role:
- Support the Warehouse Team to deliver first-class customer service
- Liaise with third-party installers, transport companies, and the internal dispatch team
- Report Filing
- Checking payroll each week
About You:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Customer-focused problem-solving approach
- High level of resilience and a strong ability to adapt to different situations
- Eligible to work in New Zealand on a full-time basis
