The Opportunity:

Our Warehouse Team is growing, and we are on the lookout for someone with experience in Warehouse Administration.

Trade Depot is New Zealand's number one online home improvement shop – delivering excellent products at outstanding prices to businesses and consumers.

Role Purpose

Manage Customer Escalations
Branch communication between the Warehouse, Dispatch Team, Customer Services & Service Department
General admin duties, checking payroll, filing reports (toolbox meetings, H&S meetings)

About the Role:

Support the Warehouse Team to deliver first-class customer service
Liaise with third-party installers, transport companies, and the internal dispatch team
Report Filing
Checking payroll each week

About You:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Strong administration skills
Customer-focused problem-solving approach
High level of resilience and a strong ability to adapt to different situations
Eligible to work in New Zealand on a full-time basis
