Role

Our Continental Cars Parts Department is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Ferrari operations. You’ll assist the Warehouse and Parts Managers, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory handling.

This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain exposure to multiple prestige automotive brands. Some knowledge of automotive parts is beneficial, but not essential. Experience with the dealer management system Autoline is a definite advantage.

You will be joining a group of four warehouse staff whose general duties include:

• Inwards goods
• Picking and packing orders
• Dispatch and order processing
• Deliveries (manual shift)
• Stocktaking
• Ensuring Health & Safety is followed
• Cleaning and maintaining an efficient warehouse

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Have good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• A Forklift licence and scissor lift certificate (ideal but not necessary)
• Have high attention to detail, to ensure all orders are completed to the highest standard
• Have a good command of the English language
• Be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved
• Be reliable and flexible
• Have good time management, as this is a must
• Full and clean NZ drivers' licence for completing local deliveries and can drive a manual

Hours of work

This is a full-time role 42.5 hours a week, from Monday to Friday from between the hours of 6am to 6pm. General working hours are from 8am to 5pm.
