Warehouse Assistant - Rewarding Work

• Monday – Friday full time hours 8.00am – 4.30pm
• East Tamaki location

An opportunity has become available for an experienced warehouse person to tackle this busy and varied role and work alongside key people to provide a high standard of customer service and help drive the business forward. 

About the role…

• Maintain cyclic stock counts
• Recording stock movements/data entry
• Investigate stock discrepancies
• Receipting of inwards goods
• Daily warehouse operations including picking and packing
• Arranging freight services and finished goods pick up
• Reach truck operation
• General warehouse duties

About you…

• Ideally you will come with demonstrated warehouse operations experience within a manufacturing/engineering related company
• A strong customer focus and the ability to quickly build rapport with people 
• You can think on your feet and are able to juggle multiple things at once
• You’re comfortable on a computer and pride yourself on accurate data entry
• Attitude is everything! You’re keen to learn and love being part of a team where everyone helps each other
• Ideally you will have your reach truck license but if you tick all of the above, we are happy to put you through a course.  A drivers license is essential
