Warehouse Manager - with Growth Opportunities

Our client is a global leader in warehousing, storage, distribution and waste management. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team based in Mount Wellington.

Key responsibilities of the successful candidate:

• Staff management – ensuring KPIs are being met, undertaking performance reviews, ensuring training is up to date
• Operations/administration management
• Ensuring compliance with segregation and storage requirements
• WHS – conducting risk assessments, ensuring ERP is being adhered to, ensuring compliance with company OH&S Policy Q-100
• Accreditation & Licencing – compliance with ISO requirements, ensuring all staff hold necessary licences as per company and legislative requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Understanding of Safety and Quality systems and implementation of Continuous Improvement processes 
• 10 Years management experience in a Transport/ Warehousing Environment 
• Strong People management skills with a Team oriented approach 
• Customer Service Focus and high level of Negotiation Skills 
• Demonstrated financial skills and meeting financial objectives
