Warehouse Operator / Customer Service - Rapid Progression

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator/Customer Service based at our Albany branch. 

This role is more warehouse focused where you will enjoy the variety of warehousing duties, while assisting at Counter.

As this role requires manual handling and some repetitive lifting, you will need to be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.

The main duties and responsibilities:

• General warehousing duties
• Assist with customer queries over the phone and in person, providing product information when required (training provided)
• Loading and unloading of trucks
• Accurate picking and packing of orders
• Checking, charging and fitting batteries (training provided)
• Forklift operations (if licenced)
• Drive company Values to promote a positive culture and engaged workforce in a safe environment

 About YOU

• Previous experience in a similar position handling Warehouse and Counter/Customer Service duties
• Good knowledge of safe working practices including safe manual handling and are willing to do manual lifting and picking/packing orders
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone 
• Possess good basic computer skills and are able to learn new software/systems

Shortlisted candidates will need to undergo a medical and provide a police check and driver's licence report.
